Year 6 Transition

Shwmae, I am Mrs. Easter-Thomas, and I am so excited to announce that I will be your Progress Leader next year!

I’ve been at St Julian’s for many, many years, and my love for this school has only grown over time; my goal is to ensure you feel as at home here as I do.

Your wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do. We want you to feel safe and cared for every day you walk through our doors. By focusing on your happiness, we ensure you’re in the best position to learn well and reach your full potential.

As your Progress Leader, I will help you with this by working closely with your families and your Form Tutors to ensure:

  • Excellent Attendance: Being here every day is the first step to success.

  • High Standards of Behaviour: We take pride in how we treat one another.

  • Constant Support: We are here to and help you through any challenges.

Transition Day  (03/07/26)

On your transition day, you’ll get a real taste of a "typical day" at our school. You’ll have the chance to meet your new Form Tutor and our fantastic staff team.

I know that starting a new school can feel a bit nerve-wracking, even after all my years here, I still get those "first day" butterflies sometimes! But please don’t worry; I’m confident you’ll settle in quickly and make plenty of new friends.

I am so excited to work with you as you embark on this next big step in your journey.

Hwyl am y tro!
