'Shwmae Sumae' Day

On Tuesday 15th October we will be celebrating the national 'Shwmae Sumae' day. This is a day where people across Wales are asked to 'Rho gynnig arni!' Give it a go! - In other words, to practise using their Welsh. This can be from words, phrases, sentences or even conversations in Welsh.

We are inviting students to join us in the West Reception Foyer at lunchtime to dress up in some Welsh fancy dress and have their photo taken while saying something in Welsh.

Staff are also welcome to come and 'Rho gynnig arni!'
