St Julians School

Year 12 - Letter from the Headteacher

Welcome Back!

Dear All,

I hope that you are keeping well and looking forward to returning to school over the next few weeks. You can be confident that we have completed our preparations to ensure that we keep everyone safe when we return and that we fully comply with the Covid-19 Health and Safety guidance.

As you will see from the Year 12 timetable at the bottom of this letter, you will have one face-to-face session in each of your options over the remaining three weeks of term. This will include an important tutorial session with Mr Thomas as part of your Welsh Baccalaureate provision. The Post-16 team will be in touch with you to let you know which group you are in when there is more than one group scheduled for a subject. Online lessons will continue for students involved in collaboration, but there will be no lessons for St Julian’s students at other schools.

Please note that you will only be allowed on school site for your timetabled sessions and you should enter and leave school by the gate indicated on the timetable. Please be prompt to your session and leave the site immediately after it finishes. You are not expected to wear school uniform but will need to dress sensibly and smartly.

Well done to all of you that have continued to work hard and engaged with your teachers over the lockdown period. We have really missed you all and are looking forward to seeing you soon.

Stay Safe.

Best wishes,

Mr Curtis
