Congratulations to Lucas Salvage for competing in the Under 15s Welsh Championships on 28th and 29th January 2023.

Lucas competed in both the 1500m on Saturday and then ran in the 800m heat, and the final on Sunday.

On Saturday, Lucas won his race with a time of 4.30, and then went on to win again in the 800m heat and the final on the Sunday.  He won the champion title in 2.06.08, with a personal best of 7 tenths and is now Welsh indoor Champion across both distances.
