Congratulations to Lucas Salvage Year 9 on his first Welsh Vest last weekend.

Lucas represented Wales at the Siab Cross Country event at Sefton Park, Liverpool finishing in 23^rd position overall and the second Welsh boy to finish the course. Following a late return to Newport on the team bus on the Saturday night, Lucas then won the future travellers 1 mile race in a time of 4.53 a new PB for the mile road race.
