St Julians School

Anxiety Support group available from January

Due to an increasing number of students suffering from various forms of anxiety, St. Julian's will offer a support group to assist students in developing techniques to alleviate their anxiety. The group will run every Thursday lunchtime in W7 at 13.30. The aim of the group is to ensure students are given every opportunity to manage their anxiety so it does not form a barrier to their education and everyday life. Below are a number of websites that offer information and guidance on the matter.
