Congratulations to the following girls on their success in the Central Schools Trampolining Finals
Freya Davies - Year 7 - Novice level - 7th place
Eleri Davies Year 10 - 14 intermediate level - 9th Place
Millie Forrest Year 12 - 14 Elite Level - 15th place
Evie Forrest Year 12 - 14 Elite Level - 6th place (was 1st reserve for the finals) now confirmed that she will go through to the British Schools finals :-)
Our Learning & Reading Club will start after school this week in our newly refurbished Learning Resource Centre.
It’s open 3pm - 4pm, Monday - Thursday.
All students are welcome to visit in order to complete home learning, access IT, enjoy reading books or play quiet board games.
Year 9 students and their families are invited to our Pathways Evening on Thursday 25th January. This evening is where your options for Years 10 & 11 will be provisionally decided. You will be able to see our subjects on offer and also meet with a Pathway Advisor to help make your choices.
A letter will be sent home detailing the name of your advisor and your appointment time.

We would like to invite families of our Y9, Y10, Y11 and Post 16 students to school on Tuesday 16th January to attend our College and Careers Fayre. This event is to help students plan for their pathways beyond school.

Our Post 16 team have organised their first ever Christmas Disco for our Year 7 students this year!

Year 7 students and their families are invited to their first Progress Evening on Thursday 14th December from 15:15 to 18:15 in the school hall. This is a valuable opportunity to meet with all subject teachers and to discuss the progress made since joining us in September.
Please make sure you make appointments soon. Students and teachers will arrange times for meetings when in lessons this fortnight.

This year's school production 'Little Shop of Horrors' will be running from Tuesday 30th January - Thursday 1st February 2024.
Be sure to buy your tickets early as this is not something to be missed!
