*** ACCESS TO DISTANCE LEARNING - Autumn 2020 ***
The current government advice seems to suggest that we may have a prolonged period without being in School. With that in mind, it is very important to access as much learning as possible from home during this time of school closure.
This section will be dedicated to the online work that is being set by teachers. Please can students regularly check this section, along with Google Classroom and their school email accounts, for work that has been set. The school may be closed, but the education continues!
Please note that all the work that has been set will not be on the website, as some teachers will be using Google Classroom as their primary source.
For Google Classroom, a code can be provided by the class teacher or department.
If you need any additional support, please see our Health and Wellbeing section for information and guidance.
Please keep in regular contact with your Teachers / Form Tutor / Progress Leaders by email.
Our communication channels shall be as follows:
- School Gateway

As a school, our aim is to make sure all students, their families and staff remain safe and well during this difficult time. Please be reassured we shall maintain a steady stream of communication with yourselves and pass on any relevant information promptly. On behalf of all of the staff and governors of the school, we send all of our school community our very best wishes.
Day by day we are starting to find a routine that works for us within our homes and with our families. It is important to keep a good balance between normal routines, school work and looking after our mental health and wellbeing. Below is an idea on how to structure your day.
